ALBACORE TACOS. My favorite and what the sauce was originally created for!
First thing is fresh or frozen albacore loins, good tortillas (if you can find the corn/flour mix that is the best), Grated Monterey jack, cheddar cheese or both, Montreal Steak seasoning, granulated garlic, angel hair cabbage, foil sheets and of course Doodle Sauce.
1. Cut the albacore loins into 1/2 inch slices, then heavily dust with Montreal seasoning and granulated garlic and let sit for 4+ hours.
2. Sauté albacore in you favorite oil until just firm, remove from heat and cover with foil to finish cooking
3. Heat up a skillet and when hot place in a tortilla, In a minute or two turn over and add the grated cheese to your liking.
4. When cheese is melted remove to foil sheet for taco prep. ( add another tortilla to pan for taco 2-3-4-5)
5. Add albacore pieces and a heavy spoon of Doodle Sauce.
6. Add angel hair cabbage to fill
7. Fold and wrap in foil sheet
Keep this up until you run out of albacore....or anything else. ENJOY !!!
DOODLE MASHED POTATOES
Simply make your favorite mashed potatoes and add a dollop of Doodle Sauce. The flavor will astound and the crunch of the fresh ingredients will amaze everyone!
Kim's...DOODLED EGGS
The most amazing Deviled eggs on the planet, Simply boil your eggs like always. Crack and peel your eggs then cut in half. Put the yolks in a bowl and add only Doodle Sauce. Mix well and add to egg halves. Put a touch of smoked paprika and a cilantro leaf on top for garnish. Simply Amazing !!
DOODLE MARINADE
I have found that this unique sauce is also a fabulous marinade for almost all meats. Simply coat fish, steaks or poultry with Doodle sauce and let marinate in refrigerator for overnight. Take out and you're ready to BBQ. No need to remove excess sauce. Through right on the BBQ or pan and cook to your liking.
Linda's DOODLED TUNA
Take out your favorite canned tuna, I prefer the solid. Instead of chopping and adding everything... the onions, seasonings, mustard and celery...just add Doodle Sauce until you reach the right consistency and you're done. It will wonderfully surprise everyone that tries it.
Paul's DOODLE POTATO SALAD
Boil potatoes until soft. I prefer to leave the skin on as I like the flavor and texture, up to you. Let sit to cool prior to next step. Cut potatoes into 1/2 to 3/4" pieces and place in large bowl. Add Doodle Sauce to desired texture, you want it creamy and moist. You are done!!
Mike's DOODLE PASTA
Simply cook your favorite pasta, elbow, penne or any other solid pasta. Drain and add Doodle sauce, for a one pound box of pasta I add 3/4 cup of sauce, mix and serve. I I like to add a dash of garlic and Parmesan but it's up to you. If you like pasta salad...let it cool, add some fresh diced celery and you're done.
DOODLE Salad Dressing
Doodle Sauce is also a great flavorful salad dressing. I prefer to thin it down just a bit and you're ready to go. Put it on your favorite greens and voila, it will amaze you!
